A team effort with British Airports Authority and Advanced Transport Systems to transform this neat, green automated mini pod technology into a user centred system that would whisk airline passengers from their cars right up to the magnificent, new Terminal 5.

We created the vehicle interior and exterior and coordinated a team of architects and ergonomists to design a fully integrated system that included the design of all the wayfinding and touch points.

BAA is using this initiative as part of its strategy to reach out to its customers and put a human face on its brand.
