The vision was to transform the excellent but aging high-speed train fleet into a totally modern, 21st century product.

Connecting the aspirations of the Executive with the functions of operations, the project team was uncompromising in its efforts.

Almost every interior item was changed - new lighting, power sockets, leather seating, all enhanced by a rich and complex colour scheme.

In a recent survey 80% said it was either a brand new train or looked like one.
